This is actually the very first card stock building kit I purchased, which was a couple years ago. Been working on it, on-and-off, and have it pretty much ready to add to my layout. The styrofoam blocking is just to get the elevations close, around the sides of the building, as I chose to build the mill that was in a hilly area. Instructions were excellent, and there were plenty of them. Also, there were tons of photos provided, which was a huge help.
