I just wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciate the customer service Dave provided. Like most Americans I want it now :). I asked Dave if it was possible to download the complete bricks and mortar dvd. Dave was initially reluctant to do it because of the size, but in a moment of weakness he relented and over the last weekend when I ordered it he set it up for me. So I was able to start without waiting for the dvd to arrive and I'm busily making all sorts of mistakes, but enjoying the hell out of it.
